"I have composted in a big way for the last 22 years. As a big gardener, it is essential to the health of my soil and my plants. But as I get older, it is also more difficult to move all of that heavy compost. The vego electric composter has made this essential chore so much lighter! By dehydrating my kitchen scraps and grinding them, quickly and easily, I can add this lightweight material directly to my garden soil without the wait and the weight of compost. Now I still compost the traditional way with my leaves, grass clippings, etc. But this daily chore will be half of what I compost and I will have half the weight of compost to deal with. A real issue as I age."

"I'd like to write a review on the Vego tabs but since I can't smell, touch, feel, see, or eat it, I can't say much. I am saving each batch to put in the garden when the time comes. I do have a question though. Since I have a small compost container & not a large one, could I cut a tab in two pieces instead of using one for a small batch ? I've only had to make 3 batches so far with the Vego tabs. It seems a waste to use a whole tab for just a small batch. Bonnie"
